When Uncle Stripe tells Muffin that she is the most special kid in the world, Muffin uses it as an excuse to do anything she wants, which means playing Bluey and Bingo’s game of Library her way, riding around loudly on her Cat Squad bike and borrowing all the books without returning any.
Frustrated, Bluey and Bingo decide that they can’t play library with Muffin anymore.
When Uncle Stripe steps in, Muffin learns that just because she is special to her Mum and Dad doesn’t mean that she is more special than anyone else. Now the cousins can resume playing their game.
