Poffertjes Dog is a Husky who sells traditional Dutch batter cakes, better known as poffertjes! With a stall right next to the jewellery stand, he’s a cheerful chap who loves to sell fresh, fluffy, golden poffertjes to order.
 
Found at Bluey’s local market with windmills adorning the windows, his stall is impossible to miss. Often heard chanting his iconic ‘poffertjes’ call, the Poffertjes Man brings all the wheat, sugar, gluten and dairy to the market yard. Unfortunately, because that’s all they have in them, Indy isn’t able to eat them. Poffertjes man can also been seen on a shopping trip to Hammerbarn with Indy’s Mum.
