Bluey Returns for the Macy’s 2024 Thanksgiving day Parade® (with Added Grannies!)

The bluey Balloon is back for Her third Macy’s thanksgiving day parade®! and this year, the grannies are joining in the fun!

After her debut at the 2022 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and a second appearance last year to play the world’s biggest game of Keepy Uppy, the Bluey Balloon is back for a third consecutive year… and this year she’s not alone!

This year, Bluey and her Keepy Uppy Balloon are being joined by Grannies Rita and Gladys (played by Bluey’s little sister Bingo and their cousin Muffin) who’ll roll into the parade in their very own Grannies’ Car! The brand new specialty unit has been designed by Macy’s Studios with a custom frame to fit Gladys and Rita as inflatable characters, ensuring their hilarious antics are as big as their personalities!

The Bluey Balloon returns for a third year alongside her iconic red Keepy Uppy balloon!
Grannies Rita and Gladys (played by Bingo and Muffin) are joining the fun this year with a brand new specially made inflatable unit!

Hand-painted by a team of artists using approximately 50 gallons of blue paint, the Bluey balloon will float above an audience of 3.5 million spectators and 50 million viewers across the USA in the world-famous Parade.
