Bluey Book Reads: Series 3 Titles and Cast Announced!
The award-winning Bluey Book Reads are back for an exciting new series with another star-studded line up of celebrities to spark the imaginations of little (and big) fans alike!
Featuring reads from Isla Fisher, Toni Collete, Will Sharpe, Ash Barty, Tan France, Julia Stiles and many more. Tune in each week for a brand-new read.
The first read of Series 3 starts with acclaimed Aussie actress and author Isla Fisher (Wedding Crashers, Home & Away) who reads fan fav ‘Bingo’, a buoyant story filled with activities and game ideas for the whole family.
The fun continues when Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Sia (best known for her globally popular tracks Chandelier, Cheap Thrills and Titanium)does her version of ‘Granny Mobile’. The hugely popular Bluey book ‘Cricket’ is read by the equally popular Academy Award-nominated Australian actress Toni Collette (The Sixth Sense, Little Miss Sunshine, United States of Tara). Keeping in with the sports theme, three-time Grand Slam singles champion and all-round Aussie icon Ash Barty heads from the tennis courts to the footy field to read ‘The Decider’.
Hollywood legend Julia Styles (10 Things I Hate About You, Save the Last Dance, The Bourne franchise) lends her voice to ‘BBQ’ while YouTube star DanTDM brings the action in his reading of ‘The Doctor’. Queer Eye alumni Tan France brings his fashion flare and style expertise to a reading of ‘Bedroom’ and Emmy-winning actress Wunmi Mosaku (Loki, Lovecraft Country, His House) takes us on a charming journey through ‘The Weekend’ with the Heelers.
Actor, writer and director Will Sharpe (The White Lotus, Giri/Haji, Landscapers) learns about Lucky’s dad’s rules in his reading of ‘Pass the Parcel’ while the multi-award-winning Australian actor Noah Taylor (The Maze Runner, Peaky Blinders, Game of Thrones) takes a trip to ‘Hammerbarn’.
