Terms & Conditions of entry

  1. This event is being run by TPF London, on behalf of BBC Studios Distribution Limited (BBC Studios), 1 Television Centre, 101 Wood Lane, London, W12 7FA, United Kingdom.
  2. This is a free, ticketed event taking place on Saturday 19th September 2026 (the “Event”). A total of 220 tickets are available, allocated on a first come, first served basis across eleven 30-minute time slots (between 12:30pm and 6pm), with 20 tickets available per slot.
  3. A maximum of 3 children tickets may be booked per booking. At least one child (0-17 years old) ticket must be included in each booking, with no more than 2 adults per child ticket booked. Adults are not required to book tickets.
  4. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time slot booked. Entry may be refused outside of your booked time slot.
  5. Tickets are non-transferable and subject to availability. BBC Studios or TPF London reserve the right to refuse entry to the Event if a ticket is found to have been resold, duplicated, or fraudulently obtained.
  6. All children attending the Event must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult. The accompanying adult is solely responsible for the child or children in their care throughout the Event.
  7. The booking process for the Event is being facilitated by Zimma Limited trading as Ticket Tailor (the “Provider”). Your personal information will be processed on TPF London’s behalf by the Provider in accordance with TPF London’s instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation solely for the purposes of fulfilling tickets for the Event.
  8. BBC Studios or TPF London reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove any attendee behaving in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate from the Event. All attendees are responsible for their actions during the Event and, to the fullest extent of the law, we accept no responsibility for the actions of any attendees or the consequences of such actions.
  9. BBC Studios or TPF London are not responsible or liable to you for any loss or injury or harm sustained by any attendee at the event unless BBC Studios or TPF London are proven to be legally liable for such loss, injury or harm. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, BBC Studios or TPF London excludes all representations, conditions and warranties whether express or implied (by statute or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. BBC Studios or TPF London does not seek to exclude or limit its liability to any attendee where it would be unlawful to do so. 
  10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy policy

The Play The Bluey Way event at Millenium Square in Bristol, outside We The Curious, is being run by TPF London, on behalf of BBC Studios Distribution Limited (BBC Studios). As we expect this event to be popular, we require guests to book a free ticket for a particular timeslot though third-party supplier Ticket Tailor. TPF London is the data controller of the information you provide in connection with this event. Your information will be processed only for the purposes of managing your access to the event. In order to secure tickets and preferred timeslot for the event, the lead booker must provide their: first name, last name, and email address, along with the first and last names of all attending guests. TPF London will retain your personal data for no more than three months after the event. Data protection law gives you certain rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing, and to object to processing.
