Millicent is a toy dog who wears a pretty blue dress and a yellow crown between her ears. Her mother is a fancy lady (Bingo) who carts her around in a pink stroller and insists Millicent be referred to by her full name at all times — never “the baby”.

Millicent attends ‘Stumblytastics’ and her preferred mode of travel to these classes is via taxi — she hates being late. For all her fanciness, Millicent suffers from terrible motion sickness, and can become car sick on wild rides; cab drivers beware!
