Frank is the dad of one of Bluey’s best friends, Chloe. He likes getting involved with the games whenever she has friends over!

He gets on with other parents too, and you’ll often find him chit-chatting to them at school pick-up… or at a friendly BBQ!

Frank loves a fact or two, researching bits’n’bobs on his computer, especially about octopi. Sometimes, he finds it hard to go with the flow… but has recently learned the power of saying ‘yes’!
