How to make Blueyccinos

The cutest cuppa in the Bluey-verse!

A warm hug in a mug inspired by everyone’s favourite pup! These Blueyccinos are the perfect kid-friendly “coffee,” for your Bluey-loving little ones. Follow along with this recipe by Ella’s Play Bakes.

Ingredients (makes 4 small Blueyccinos)

• 3 cups warm milk (plus extra for frothing)
• 1–2 tbsp white chocolate powder (optional, for sweetness)
• 1 tsp butterfly pea powder (natural blue colouring)
• Blue & orange mini marshmallows
• Blue & orange sprinkles

Method:

Making Blueyccinos!

1. Warm your milk in the microwave or on the stovetop. Pour two-thirds of it into a jug and whisk in the white chocolate powder (if you’re feeling fancy) and butterfly pea powder until it turns that perfect Bluey blue.
2. Grab your milk frother and whip the last third of the milk until it’s super light and foamy. 
3. Pour the blue milk into four little cups and top each one with a big, puffy cloud of froth.
4. Finish with blue and orange marshmallows, add sprinkles, and boom! Your Blueyccinos are ready for sipping!
